Recently I have started to enjoy using more spa Hotels. They give me the benefit of enjoying the luxury of a hotel but also allow me to spoil myself with the spa facilities with its’ special treatments and atmosphere. For my birthday we booked 2 nights at The Spread Eagle in the heart of Market town Midhurst .
A beautiful village which I could explore the countryside and also relax and enjoy a luxury Spa .
From the moment we entered the lobby we knew that we had chosen the right place. The hotel staff were welcoming and the lobby had a nice feel to it.
Our room was beautiful. For this special occasion we booked a Deluxe Room which is more expensive then a regular and stunning . However, I would suggest that you always ask how much an upgrade would cost because if the hotel isn’t fully booked, you might be lucky like I was!
The spa had a large selection of treatments at a reasonable price. For the first time I had the hot stone massage and it was heaven !
The spa and pool were not big but they were just the right size to allow you to enjoy a few hours of relaxation.
The food in the hotel was very tasty and of a high standard.
I would highly recommend having a short break and they have a really good deals –
A glass of chilled Champagne with their complements before a delicious dinner along with full English breakfast, 2 full days relaxing in the Spa and the Best Available Bedroom ~ all for just £99 per person – Enjoy !
Last Christmas I took a seven day holiday in an amazing Spa Hotel in Goa – The Park Hyatt.
As I have a holistic approach to life I asked my husband to go to a Spa hotel rather than our traditional beach holiday. It proved to be the best holiday we’ve ever had and I benefited from a relaxing state of mind and body together with the glorious sunshine and the beautiful Goan cuisine.
My husband and I have travelled extensively, but this was the first time we have visited a Spa Resort and it made an interesting change. I booked the holiday through Flight Centre East Sheen and the great service and friendliness started before even going away. Robyn from Flight Centre found us the the luxurious hotel, set in sixty-four acres of manicured gardens and carefully designed lagoons, pools and restaurants there was a strong impression of space and quietness. The facilities and attention to detail in the beautiful rooms was everything you would expect from a sophisticated 5 star resort with a wide range of relaxing treatments to choose from at the Spa and expert tutorage in the Yoga classes. I took 3 private Yoga classes for the price of one private class in the UK and I could see a change in my body and suppleness in few days. I felt clearer and more focused and my appetite changed.
Since then I am still enjoying the benefits of my treatments and my focus on more nutritional and nourishing ingredients in my food.
In this video I am asking for you to share with us what is your perfect temperature? If it’s when you go to sleep, go home or go to a hotel. If you are a therapist did you ever look to see what the temperature is in your room? When I used to do healing for people I was very much aware of the temperature, not in the measurement but to make sure it was the perfect one. I’m not the only one as apparently the owner of the Savoy Hotel Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talal, his doctor recommended to him the perfect temperature for him to sleep and everywhere in the world he always makes sure it’s right!
